Ran screws in and out and mixed asphalt sealer
Duel speed control is helpful. I bought the pink as it was cheaper. I have several Sun Joe tools and it is cheaper to buy the tools with the battery you need than to buy the batteries separately… So, that is my main reason to buy this tool. That said. I had to run screws into an oak door frame. It pre-drilled the holes and ran the screws in and out fine. I used it to mix asphalt sealer (water based, but solids had settled at the bottom). It had plenty of torque and the variable speed switch setting made it easy to start slow to loosen the settled solids and then increase the speed to get even distribution. And I am happy to have an additional battery and fast charger for use with my other Sun Joe tools.

Needed just a battery. This was cheaper.
I just needed a battery and charger. It was cheaper to get the driver with it as well. Battery works as it should. Takes a charge and holds it for as long as advertised. Charger is made of good quality. Driver is great considering it’s pretty much free. Torque specs are a bit stronger then my Roybi.

Very nice drill. And yes, I have used DeWalt in the past.I only wish the light would come on before the drill spins, like the DeWalt does.Other than that it’s a great drill.

Works as well as the better known brands
Purchased this drill largely because it has the same battery as the Leaf Blower purchased a month before. It was a better deal than an extra battery alone, (it was on a big sale) and it included a fast charger (55 minutes from empty) instead of the much slower one from the Leaf Blower (takes 5.5 hr.) . Seems very well made. It performs well in my initial uses, which have not been all that demanding. Love the light that shines on the drilling area.

Can’t even handle a single wall of drywall screws
March 2023 Update: So I used this primarily to put up a few new drywall sheets using drywall screws. I noticed right away the the bit cam would occasionally come loose and required new tightening, but worse, even driving the easiest and least resistive drywall screw into drywall, if the board behind was too sturdy, this drill would not screw down flush and would just stop requiring me to extra work and either a hand Phillip’s screwdriver or switching to my bigger drill. YOU REALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, after all it’s all cheap Made In China gears. I have a $250 Kolbalt and a Milwaukee drill as my primary drills, so I’m a tad spoiled. I bought this drill as an ‘around the house’ drill mostly because my Sunjoe trimmers batteries fit this drill. This drill is definitely made in China on a cheaper part assembly line. Head, switches and trigger all wiggle a little bit due to pore case, plastic part engineering, yet they all work fine, but dont plan on years of heavy uses. Torque and power seem okay and the Price is very okay.

A hole was drilled easily
There are times a hole is needed. Maybe, a screw tightened or vise versa. This tool is easy to use. The battery is adequate maybe even superior I use it around my home not as a professional so can’t say if it can be a everyday all day tool. It seems powerful and powers through the materials I needed to use it on.

the quick charger works great. the drill is well built and has great torque love the magnetic screw holder I’m always dropping screws when up on the ladder or when climbing up with drill in one hand and screws in other. great drill good price and having the batteries work with my snow joe snow blower and sun joe laef blower is great. I’ll be buying more of your products in the future

Quick charger works only on 120 volt.it does not work on 220volt .
This is not expected as the chargers evrywhere in the world are dual voltage

Extra battery and quick charger make it a deal.
If your looking for an extra ION 24 volt battery this is a great deal since you also get the quick charger rather than the slower charger that came with some of my other Sun Joe tools. You basically get the drill for free given the price alone for a second battery and quick charger.

smoke poured out of it the first time I used it…….returning it for warranty !
the drill has an internal short…….smoke poured out the first time I used it !I am returning it for warranty……I’ll try a replacement…..
